What voucher value can I choose?
The minimum value is CZK 500. Choose one of the listed amounts or state another value of CZK 500 or more in your WhatsApp message.
How long is the gift voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Its validity cannot be extended, so we recommend booking the service well before it expires.
Can the voucher be returned or redeemed for cash?
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can someone else use the voucher?
Yes, but you must notify the studio of the change in advance and have it confirmed.
What happens to an unused balance?
An unused balance is not refunded in cash. It can be used towards another tattoo, provided the service is booked before the voucher expires.
